I recognize that homelessness is not a personal issue - it is a societal problem that requires collective efforts to solve. By contributing to City Care monthly, I feel like I am playing a small part in a larger movement toward societal change and empathy for those who need it most.

Why have you chosen to partner with City Care?

I love that City Care does not claim to have all the answers to solving homelessness. City Care relies on the help of our community to stand together and face this problem as a unified front. No single person, or organization, can face this challenge alone.

What specific causes inspire you?

Homelessness is an issue that often comes with judgement and misunderstanding. City Care believes in the fundamental dignity of every single person, regardless of their circumstances. I'm inspired by City Care's unwavering dedication to finding permanent solutions for our most vulnerable neighbors.

How and when were you first introduced to City Care?

Through my job at the time, I helped coordinate and host City Care's annual golf tournament event. From then, I fell in love with City Care’s mission and have volunteered on The Odyssey Project since.

Thank you to our City Care Collective Members.

To those who give faithfully to our most vulnerable neighbors, who join us month in and month out to meet the needs of those living in the margins of our community, who sustain us and motivate us and encourage us, thank you. We are so grateful for you.
